These terms apply when you use this website and when you use our vehicle buying service. Please read them before you send a request.

Who we are and what we do

Car Advisor Corporation, a Florida corporation that also does business as Car Advisor Solution, is a vehicle buying service based in Doral, Florida, known in Florida law as a motor vehicle broker. We work for you: we find vehicles, negotiate price and terms with dealers, help arrange the financing you ask for, review your paperwork, value your trade-in and coordinate delivery.

We are not the seller, a motor vehicle dealer or a lender. We do not own, sell or lease the vehicles shown on this website, and we do not store them or take title to them. They are sold by independent, state licensed dealers, your purchase or lease contract is with the selling dealer, and any loan or lease financing is with the lender that approves it.

Using these terms

By using this website or asking us to help you, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

A request is not a purchase

Sending a request through this website starts a conversation. It does not reserve a vehicle, does not commit you to buy anything and does not commit us to a price until it is agreed in writing.

Our fee

Before you commit, we tell you in writing what our service costs, what it covers and who pays it, whether that is you or the selling dealer. Using this website is free, no fee is ever charged through it, and we never charge a fee in advance for arranging financing.

Listings, prices and photos

Vehicles on this website come from the published inventory of licensed dealers in our partner network, are located at those dealers or in transit to them, and change every day. They are shown with “Request price”: your advisor quotes the vehicle you choose in writing, as the total price you can actually pay, with every dealer charge included and itemized. Government taxes and tag, title and registration fees are added to it.

Each vehicle carries an ID number, the last eight characters of its vehicle identification number (VIN). Your advisor gives you the full VIN on request before you commit.

Photos come from the listing and may show equipment or colors that differ from the vehicle offered, and vehicles shown with an illustration have photos available on request. Mileage, equipment and availability are confirmed only when your advisor confirms them for you in writing. If a listing contains a mistake, we will tell you and correct it before you commit.

Manufacturer offers

The lease, finance, cash and bonus offers shown on our Specials, offer, inventory and vehicle pages are the vehicle manufacturers’ own incentives. We show them in the manufacturer’s words and figures, with the end date and a link to the manufacturer’s full terms. They are offered by the manufacturer, not by Car Advisor.

Each offer carries the manufacturer’s own conditions, such as eligible models, trims and model years, residency, credit approval through the manufacturer’s finance company, the amount due at signing, lease mileage limits and an end date. Not every buyer or vehicle qualifies, some offers cannot be combined, and a manufacturer can change or end an offer at any time. Your advisor confirms in writing which offers apply to your vehicle before you sign.

Payment estimates are illustrations

Monthly payments shown on this website, the payment calculator and the quote checker are illustrations based on the down payment, term and annual percentage rate shown with them. They are not an offer of credit, a quote or financial advice. Your actual rate, term and payment are set by the lender that approves you, and depend on your credit, the vehicle and your down payment. Taxes, tag, title, registration and fees are not included. Car Advisor is not a lender.

Credit and financing

Financing is provided by independent lenders and is subject to their credit approval. Not every applicant qualifies, and we never guarantee approval or a specific rate. We present your application only to lenders and dealers that can consider it, and only with your authorization.

When you submit a credit application, you authorize us and the lenders and dealers that receive it to obtain your consumer credit report to consider it. The lender that makes the decision tells you directly if it declines your application or offers different terms, and why.

Equal credit opportunity. We treat every applicant the same way. The federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status or age (provided the applicant has the capacity to enter into a binding contract); because all or part of the applicant’s income derives from any public assistance program; or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.

New and used vehicles, warranties and trade-ins

New vehicles come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Florida’s Lemon Law (chapter 681 of the Florida Statutes) gives you additional rights if a new vehicle has a defect the manufacturer cannot repair, and you receive a written explanation of those rights when you take delivery.

A used vehicle is sold by the selling dealer with the FTC Buyers Guide (in Spanish when your purchase is handled in Spanish), which tells you whether it comes with a warranty or is sold as is, and becomes part of your contract. Warranties come from the manufacturer or the seller, not from Car Advisor. Ask your advisor for a vehicle history report and read it before you buy. A trade-in value we give you before the vehicle is inspected is an estimate; the final value is set in writing.

Calls, texts and email

When you send a form, you agree to be contacted as described in the calls, texts, WhatsApp and email section of our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or telling us.

Electronic records and signatures

You agree that we may give you notices, disclosures and records electronically, by email, text message or on this website, and that electronic records and signatures have the same effect as paper ones. You can ask for a paper copy of any of them at no charge and withdraw this consent at any time by telling us. Documents you sign electronically with a dealer or lender follow that company’s own electronic signature consent.

Your part

Give us accurate information, read every document before you sign it, and ask us about anything that is not clear. The final contract, not this website, sets the terms of your purchase, lease or loan. In Florida there is no general right to cancel a vehicle purchase, lease or loan contract after you sign it, which is one more reason we review every document with you first.

Dealers, lenders and other partners

Dealers, lenders, manufacturers, insurers and transport companies set their own terms and are responsible for their own products and services, including the condition of the vehicle, warranties, manufacturer offers and delivery by their carriers.

Reviews and testimonials

We publish only genuine reviews from real customers, with their permission. We do not write, buy or edit reviews, we do not hide reviews because they are negative, and we clearly label any review from someone connected to us or given in exchange for an incentive.

This website

The Car Advisor name, logo and the content of this website belong to Car Advisor Corporation. Please use the website lawfully: do not copy it, collect it with automated tools, interfere with its security, or submit false information or another person’s details. Manufacturer names and logos belong to their owners and only identify the vehicles and offers we can help you with; they do not mean the manufacturer endorses us. Our articles are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice for your situation.

Limits of responsibility

We work hard to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, Car Advisor is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Florida or federal consumer protection law.

Questions and disputes

If something is not right, tell us first at info@caradvisorcorp.com or +1 (305) 600-6112 so we can make it right; we reply within 30 days. A dispute we cannot resolve together will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you may always use small claims court where it is available.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, our Privacy Policy and our Financial Privacy Notice are the whole agreement about this website; your written agreement with us and your contracts with dealers and lenders govern your transaction. When we update these terms, we change the effective date at the top of this page.
